At Fun with Candles, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring that all products are packed safely and securely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Business days exclude weekends, public holidays and company closure periods.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

Should any item be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated lead time before dispatching your order.
Fun with Candles reserves the right to delay shipment until all items in the order are available unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

Fun with Candles does not offer free shipping unless specifically advertised.
Any remote area surcharges imposed by the courier company remain the responsibility of the customer.

Collection Orders
Customers selecting Collection at checkout are responsible for collecting their orders from the designated collection point.
Collection notifications will be sent once orders are ready.
Collection hours are:
Monday to Friday
10:00 – 15:00
Customers must present their order confirmation upon collection.
Failure to collect an order does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Should a customer later request courier delivery after selecting Collection, courier charges shall apply and must be paid before dispatch.
Orders not collected within 30 calendar days may be subject to storage, handling or restocking fees.
Orders not collected within 90 calendar days may be deemed abandoned.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for courier tracking systems to update.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Fun with Candles shall not be responsible for delays, losses or additional charges arising from:

Incomplete delivery information
Any additional courier charges resulting from incorrect information shall be payable by the customer.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels
Should a delivery attempt fail due to:

the courier may return the parcel to Fun with Candles.
Any additional shipping charges required to resend the parcel shall be for the customer's account.
Shipping fees already paid are non-refundable.
Damaged Parcels
Customers must inspect their parcel immediately upon receipt.
Any damage, shortages or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate claims with the courier.
Lost Parcels
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost during transit, Fun with Candles will investigate the matter with the courier provider.
Replacement or refund decisions will only be made once the courier's investigation has been completed.
Hazardous and Flammable Products
Certain products sold by Fun with Candles may be classified as flammable or hazardous for transportation purposes.
These products may:

Be restricted to specific delivery areas
Fun with Candles reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot legally or safely be transported to the delivery destination.
Any refund issued in such circumstances may be subject to payment processing fees and costs already incurred.
International Shipping
At present, Fun with Candles only ships within South Africa.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
